Nathaniel Swartz (Nate) is a highly experienced physician assistant with more than two decades of clinical experience in medical and surgical dermatology.  He completed both his Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida.  

After practicing in Sarasota, FL for 10 years, he moved to Jacksonville in 2017 to be closer to family.  He has worked alongside leading dermatologists and Mohs surgeons, developing extensive expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, inflammatory skin diseases, and complex dermatologic conditions.

Nate is a Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates.  He is also a member of the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.

When Nate is not working, he loves spending time with his wife and two children, all things musical theater, golfing, and traveling.
